I recently stayed at the Sarnic Premier Hotel and overall, it was a good experience. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from iconic sites like the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia, which made sightseeing a breeze. However, the breakfast could use more variety, especially when it comes to heartier options. The staff was incredibly friendly and helped us feel at home, but improvements could definitely be made in some areas like room amenities.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms were quite nice and clean, exceeding my expectations from the photos. However, I found the mattress a bit too soft for my liking, as I usually prefer a firmer bed.
Service
9.0
The staff was really attentive and made us feel welcomed throughout our stay, especially when they offered us coffee and tea at check-in. They went above and beyond, helping with local bookings and directions.
Location
10.0
The hotel is situated perfectly for anyone wanting to explore Istanbul, being just minutes away from major attractions. The area also offers a good variety of nearby restaurants to choose from.
Dining
7.0
The rooftop dining experience was good, albeit breakfast could use a bit more in terms of choice and heartiness. The Turkish dishes were tasty, but I felt they could add more meat options to the buffet.
Facilities
6.0
Facilities were decent, but I noticed room amenities could be improved. The Turkish bath was a highlight, but I would love to see more options for dining and relaxation within the hotel.

My stay at Sarnic Premier Hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The location was really good, just a few steps from amazing attractions like the Blue Mosque. but I did encounter a few hiccups during my visit. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome. yet there were moments when the service felt a bit off. Overall, it offered a decent experience with a great atmosphere, but there are certainly areas that need improvement.

Rooms

The double room I stayed in was adequate, though some parts of the hotel felt dated compared to the photos. Despite this, the room was relatively quiet on the fourth floor, which was a plus.
Service
7.0
While most of the staff were kind and eager to help, there were instances where I felt the responsiveness could be better. A lack of proactive service at times left me wanting.
Location
9.0
Without a doubt, the hotel's location is its strongest feature. I was within walking distance to many historical attractions like the Hagia Sophia, making sightseeing incredibly convenient.
Dining
7.0
Breakfast had a limited selection compared to other places I've stayed, with only a few types of cheese available. but I appreciated the option to dine outside in the garden when the weather was nice.
Facilities
6.0
The amenities were functional, though some of the promised features like a rooftop dining experience weren’t fully realized. The Turkish bath was enjoyable, which added a nice touch.

The Sarnic Premier Hotel was in an excellent location just a few steps away from the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia, making sightseeing incredibly easy. While the staff were friendly and did their best to accommodate me, the breakfast selection was somewhat limited, and I experienced some hiccups with room maintenance. Overall, it was a decent stay, but improvements could be made in several areas.

Rooms

My room was small but had a nice view of the Blue Mosque and was adequately quiet. However, I did notice some maintenance issues that needed attention during my stay.

The staff were generally helpful and attentive, but I felt they could have been more proactive in addressing some of my concerns.
Location

The hotel's location was fantastic, allowing easy access to major attractions like the Grand Bazaar, which I loved. It made my sightseeing very convenient.
Dining
7.0
Breakfast offered a range of Turkish dishes, but I found the selection limited compared to other places. Dinner was nice, though the portions were small for heavier appetites.
Facilities

The rooftop terrace had great potential for dining and relaxation, but it was closed during my stay, which was disappointing. The amenities were functional but basic.

During my stay at Sarnic Premier Hotel, I really appreciated the prime location, which was just a short walk to several key attractions like the Blue Mosque. The staff were friendly and attentive, making my experience enjoyable. However, I did find the breakfast options were somewhat limited compared to what I expected from a 4-star hotel. Overall, I had a pleasant time, and I would consider returning.

I had a pretty mixed experience at Sarnic Premier Hotel. On one hand, the location is absolutely prime — just a stone's throw from the Blue Mosque and other major sights. However, my family's stay was marred by some serious issues with the facilities and service, which left a lot to be desired. Honestly, I wish it could’ve lived up to the hype, but there were definitely some big concerns I couldn't overlook.

Rooms
5.0
I stayed in a room that seemed smaller than what the photos suggested, and the bathroom lacked sufficient space for my things. We did have a clean room, but it just didn't hit the mark for a 'Premier' designation.
Service
5.0
The service was a letdown during my stay. Some staff were helpful, especially with my luggage, but there were instances when issues weren't addressed, like the leaking toilet that got ignored.
Location
9.0
The hotel’s location is its best asset, super close to the main attractions like Hagia Sophia and the Hippodrome. It made getting around really easy, which I appreciated.
Dining
6.0
Breakfast was okay — a nice range of options but not as extensive as I've seen at other places. The rooftop dining had potential with good views, but I was disappointed that it wasn’t fully operational during my stay.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel had some operational issues. The rooftop restaurant was closed, and the main sitting area was cramped. Plus, the lack of an elevator made things tough with our luggage.
